Based in NZ and we ship domestically and to Australia for now.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

If you're in NZ our delivery target is 2-3 days once order has been processed and shipped. Please allow an extra day for rural addresses

International delivery target is 3-10 business days once order has been processed and shipped.

No, all custom duties. fees and taxes + any other charges associated to your countries importing policy are the responsibilty of the customer.

Yes, if you're in NZ and spend $200 or more.

Returns and Order Issues

Please contact us sales@discrete.store we can help resolve the issue. Please attach images/videos as well as order details.

We can only offer this if the product is kept in its original state as it was shipped. If the desired size is not available online note that we cannot give you a cash refund.

However we will happily offer a store credit for our future drops.

Shipping cost for return items will be at the customers expense. Once the item/s have been inspected will you then be given the credit note via email.

Please note we DO NOT offer cash refunds unless the item is faulty. If you no longer want this item upon recieving, you have 7 days to contact us sales@discrete.store we can offer an exchange or store credit for future drops.

Please contact us ASAP at sales@discrete.store before your order gets shipped. Include your order number and the new address. If the item/s have been shipped then unfortunately we are unable to help and you'll need to get in contact with the shipping company.

You may need to check your spam or junk folder incase your email provider automatically sends it there. You'll also need to mark us as SAFE or TRUST that way you will not miss out on anything in the future.
